Pathetic service
Worst experience. First they had sent a defective product. Then on replacement, they sent a visibly used mic and the receiver and the USB connector were missing. Even the amazon guys refused to return or replace the product because it was already a replacement. Now i am stuck with a mic without a receiver which makes it useless. And i cant do anything about it. Pathetic service
