Perfect small size mp3
My hubby loves it! So small but so powerful and functional. Easy to use. Quality of the speaker is pretty good but says the sound is better with headphones. May know more as he uses it more. So far, it’s a perfect device just to listen to his favorite music.

Awesome little device!
I recently have been getting a bit annoyed with all the ads and stuff from playing music on YouTube. So I decided I would try getting a dedicated MP3 player-- something I haven't had for the last 15 years. I was very curious to find out what $30 today can get you. To begin with, the packaging experience is actually quite nice! It came shrink-wrapped and sealed, the player itself was packed neatly in a nice protective foam spacer and you get a nice number of extras along with the player: a set of wired earbuds, a Micro SD card pre-installed and formatted, a USB micro SD card adapter for downloading files from your computer to the card, and a charging cable. Not bad at all! :) The build quality of the player is nice, too. Reminds me of the old iPod nano's from the late 2000's. The buttons on front are touch sensors and they're also back-lit (think the 3rd-generation iPod from 2003). It also uses USB-C for charging the device. The player has a few extra niceties as well, such as: - A built-in clock with time and date. - A file explorer app - A photo viewing app - Bluetooth - eBook support (haven't tried this yet) This player very much reminds me of the iPod Classic from the early 2000's. Simple, straightforward and it just works. I would definitely recommend this if you just want a no-frills music listening experience, while also helping you disconnect from the world of addictive social media apps. If I had any constructive suggestions for the manufacturer, here's what they'd be: - It's not completely necessary, but it would be pretty neat to have the album art display on the "Now Playing" screen in the background. Seems like the background "vinyl record" graphic could be a placeholder for it, but I've never gotten the album art to work with any of my music. - The ability to transfer files over Bluetooth would be nifty. That's basically it. Other than that, it's an awesome player! :)

Overall great Mp3 player
For the price, this is a great gadget. It's small, comes with nice earbuds, holds a lot of music, has a loud external speaker, and displays music well. The Bluetooth works great and I rarely have issues with that. One downside is that, every few months, the songs on the player will start stopping, skipping, hesitating, etc. Each time this happens, I have to clear the player and reload the music, and then it will work perfectly for another 2-4 months before the issue starts happening again. At such a good price, it's definitely worth it.

Don't Waste Your Time or Money
Not sure what I was suspecting when I ordered a music player for $30. I read many of the reviews before purchasing and was hoping it would work like I needed it, but my experience was not good. I had purchased this in order to play audio files on a mixer for a church, and after receiving it just before the first of the year, I just got to try it out yesterday. After I received it, I did spend some time charging it up fully. I found I was able to get it connected to the computer pretty easily, and I was able to transfer audio files onto it without much problem. But, the instant I connected it into the soundboard via the earphone jack, there was a constant buzz/hum. (I have used phones on this mixer before and there was no hum/buzz). After getting the buzz/hum to eventually go away, I started playing the audio files on it. I discovered there was a very loud pop when you went from one song to another, even if you did not click the next button. During my testing, I discovered there is an external speaker on the device and found you could hear the pop when changing songs on it too. I played around with it for a while, to see if the pooping would stop, but then the buzz/hum came back. The audio coming from the device also became so weak (at max volume) it was difficult to hear the music being played and I could not get the buzz/hum to stop. I eventually plugged earphones into the jack to test it that way, and everything happened just the same. The pops were so loud they hurt your ear. I also noticed that in just the 10 minutes I was testing the device out, the battery went from a full charge to nothing. I powered it off completely and the next day when I tried it again, It came on for a second or two but eventually just faded to nothing. The batter was completely dead.

Things to note before buying
I wasn't going to post a review for this thing until I've well used it and figured out its flaws. Bought it for use during work. I only use it for its music and clock features. Clock gets constantly out of sync and goes a bit faster than other clocks. battery life is roughly 3 hours so I guess that's why its quick to charge. Its Bluetooth feature takes a hot minute to work but it eventually gets there. Overall I got what I paid for. Despite the issues it has I still say its a good find.

Decent but some truly annoying problems dealing with audiobooks
So this works decent but for some reason doesn't play m4b files which is an incredibly popular audiobook file type. It also does not handle long files very well, at the 5 hour mark or so, maybe 6 hour mark, it will reset the counter and ruin your place. Meaning I have to cut up the files myself into chunks that are not too long. Usually sticking with 4 hours to prevent this. You also cannot rewind from the end of one file, so if you mess something up towards the end of a long file you would have to fast forward for ages to get back there. The fast forward also never goes fast enough for these large files. Then you have how it counts track numbers. I still do not understand what it considers sequential numbers after testing different options. I have to rename countless files if the audiobook happens to be broken into chapters. I will go with 01, 02, 03, etc but when I load the book up it will start with 10 as the first chapter and won't show the single digits until the very end of the list. It is so frustrating to have a 30 chapter audiobook that is a jumbled mess meaning I can't just listen to it sequentially how it is supposed to be. I am literally trying different numbering patterns. Like putting one digit for the first 9 chapters, but it actually lists these after the 30th chapter of the book, and they count down from 5 to 1, then 6 to 9??? This doesn't make ANY sense!! Why wouldn't it work with 3 digits for each chapter? 001-002-003 etc?

Impressive quality and features at this price.
I was looking for an MP3 player with a built in speaker to use as an audio Bible and this little guy far exceeded my expectations. I had purchased 2 other MP3 players before this one and returned them because the first one didn't sort my files in the correctly and the second one had a weak built in speaker. They were both made of light weight plastic and relied on tactile buttons for navigation which made them feel like toys compared to this AiMoonsa. This player has a solid build quality with a glass face and while the screen isn't a touch screen the navigation controls are touch sensors instead of buttons. Navigating the player is very intuitive as well. To load audio files onto the player they include a USB A micro SD card reader which is an added bonus that was included with either of the players I tried previously. And loading audio files onto the player was fast and easy, although for full disclosure I didn't use the included card reader, but I'm guessing the transfer process would have been similar had I used the card reader. When you load the SD card on your PC you'll see a few folders. I think they were labeled DBROOT, MUSIC and RECORD. I wasn't sure which folder to copy my fes into so I simply created a 4th folder and named it BIBLE and inside of that folder I created a folder named NKJV and inside of that folder I created two folders for OT and NT and inside of those folders I created folders for each of the books of the Bible. When I was finished copying all the files I ejected the se card from my laptop and inserted it back into the MP3 player and powered it on. Then I navigated to the FOLDER menu and it prompted me to wait for the scan to finish which took several seconds. When it was done I was able to navigate through the folder structure I created above and select the book and chapter I wanted to play. As for the sound quality I didn't try the included earbud headphones, but the quality of the built-in speaker is very good for such a small device. If you're looking for an inexpensive MP3 player with a built-in speaker I highly recommend this AiMoonsa.

Exceeded Expectations!
Words fall short of adequately reviewing this gadget called AiMoonda. The functionality amazes me! This mp3 player does everything I want it to do. Reminds me of an innovative iPod mini. I can even use it in the dark with its backlight and key light. I was surprised at how clear the FM stations came in. But I had to insert the earphones as an antenna. I used my own. I’ve only tried it for music. Easy to pair with several of my speakers and earbuds. I notice how loud it sounded at notch two. The interface has several preset equalizations. You can add certain songs to a favorite folder. Comes with a micro sd card and a USB adapter that lets you copy and paste mp3s from your computer. It’s the only format this player accepts. A little tricky to insert and release the micro sd card from the adapter but not difficult. My only gripe is I wish they made protective cases for this player. Hopefully later. The unit itself felt heavier than I expected - easy to get knicked. Overall am very pleased with my purchase. Gives my phone a rest and making me enjoying listening to music again.
