Not the cheapest, but it mixes well and provides the 25 grams of protein needed and taste great. Not chalky. Fairly good size scoop but the way the powder mixes , either in water or milk, it does not feel heavy. Doesn't take a lot of water or milk to get the job done.

Good taste. Simple and short list of ingredients. One scoop is one serving. Stevia leaf extract is the only sweetner.

I’d post a pic of my swell, but my 13 inch biceps are too big to get in the camera frame yo! They were 12 and 7/8 before using the powder. Just kidding! This stuff tastes great and I’m a very picky eater. The vanilla is just a touch too sweet. Sometimes I mix half and half with no taste powder, but you don’t have to. Toss in a shaker with ice and shake. Easily dissolves. I have no side effects. Easily digests. Smells like a cookie. When you go to the gym, put a touch behind your ear like cologne. The gym bros will be following you like puppies. Once opened, bag doesn’t close well, you’ll need to dump in a different container. Price is better than at Whole Foods . Clean ingredients.
