I have been using whey protein powder and as such getting all my amino acids. I decided to add some BCAA capsules to see if they might augment my working out and muscle building. Boy, did they. I was really surprised. BCAAs are said to possibly provide additional energy but that is not their main emphasis. To my surprise, they gave me additional energy in the gym and nothing else changed with my supplement intake except adding in these BCAAs. I will watch to see how muscle growth takes place, too. Each time I make a protein drink I pull a BCAA capsule apart and put the BCAAs powder directly into my protein drink. I was skeptical that taking these BCAAs would do anything, but as I've mentioned, they did for me and I'm very surprised. I will continue to add these BCAAs into my protein drink. I highly recommend this supplement. And Optimum Nutrition is a great brand to trust. I've used their products for years and never been disappointed in any of their supplements.

Works good if you're consistent in taking them. Goes down smooth if you take with water or juice. Should boost your energy level if you are consistent. No taste if it never touches your tongue and if it does, not a big taste.

Hi! So you're interested in Bcaa, you either don't know where to start or you're a pro. I w unfortunately the latter, I still don't know a ton. Here's what I do know though, so here we go! I started with this brand and Bcaa in August 2019, only in the smaller bottles. I have some kind of chronic health issue that's been degenerative to my muscles and bones, before taking these and discovering that as a vegetarian I have to work extra hard to supplement things I need. I decided to jump into the world of Bcaa, I was over loaded with options but ended up here to add something simple to my regimen. I started with a capsule a day in the morning, eventually moved up to take 3 capsules a day. After the first 2-3 weeks I already noticed a difference, I started to rebuild what little muscle I have. Using my muscles became less aggressive, and after 4 months ((I've been on them a year as of this review)) I was able to slowly restart yoga and do little kindergartener stretch exercises. This also helped my stomach alot with protein absorption as well, which is veryyyy important as a responsible vegetarian! So here we are at a year, my entire life changed with the help of these little capsules. Due to my ability to be more mobile and focus more on the food I put into my body, I've lost an extra 50+lbs on top of the 100+lbs I'd already lost previously with my daily diet changes before adding this to my regime. These now are helping me maintain my muscle health, and work on tightening up my extra skin as much as possible around my muscles. If you're new to Bcaa, and don't know what you're doing. INFORM YOURSELF PROPERLY, about what these do, how you use them properly, and how to use them safely. Otherwise? 12/10 would absolutely recommend, and I hope this was helpful!

Great product, definitely helps for recovery after heavy workouts and supplements muscle growth. Although next time I'm going for powder option of BCAA since it's much easier and more pleasant to take for me personally rather than capsules. For the ratio this product offers, in order to get 5g of BCAA you need to take 5 capsules at a time, so if you're taking pre and post workout or even more throughout the day, that might be not the most pleasant thing to do (and if you open capsules the taste is not nice - as it's not designed for that obviously). So it all depends on your goals and preferences - this is very personal!

I have found that while taking these I can see the difference in my body's recovery time and I can tell it has helped with my muscles. I can also say that I've been supplementing with them through the last few months and everything is going well. I also eat well, work out hard, and use other vitamins and supplements. An example of one of these supplements is . It helps keep my weight in control and interacts very well with everything else I take. It's not a magic pill but if you use it as directed and workout then you will definitely see results like i have.

This works to remove muscles pains after hard exercises . I take them straight after omg I have done too much exercises and next day I never experience any pains . Sometimes my club pushes us far too much or I had taken too many classes in a week . I also sometimes overdone with machines . Last time I bought 400 capsules but no longer available and the price got slightly inflated but I cannot live without these ! My favorite. I can be brave for sports without worrying next day !
