Hello, The #8240 clevis mount is made of a HARD PLASTIC material that fastens the base of the MBZ and MB1 Dewert motors to the frame of the chair; it is held on to the motor with four screws. It will also work with the newer FBS motors that have the clevis mount system. With Regards

Check the clevis mount first, when they crack they jam the lift piston.

This MBZ Actuator Assembly is brand new direct from the factory, and it was used by Pride from the early to mid 2000’s up until a few years ago. There should be a sticker on the side of your motor that says MBZ; If your chair only has one motor in the chair, then this should be the motor you need.
