I have bought these reusable heat pads for years and they were great to use, durable, and easy to heat to reuse. However, recently the manufacturer has altered the outer covering of these pads and not as thick as in past products. I have had two puncture open when just pressing the activating button to heat up the pad. I complained to the manufacturer and never got a response back. Will NOT buy again.

Heats up quickly. My friend will use it on his aching knee.

It works as advertised but getting it back to being no longer crystallized is a royal pain. I’ve found the best way is to roll it in a towel and let it sit in boiling water for 5 minutes then turn down heat to low, cover pot and let it sit for an hour.

Originals were thick and long lasting , new ones were thin and didn’t maintain temperature. Also the trigger disk was too sensitive. Poor quality.

Works ok, it last for about 45 minutes, but is a pain to put into a big pot and boil for 20 minutes. Wouldn’t by it again

Does what it says. Could stay hotter longer but supposedly it gets better the more you recharge it.

Worked great the first time but when we tried to reactivate it. It leaked.
