Very easy and sharp..makes great crinkle cuts
Love this knife. It's very sharp. I'm glad I chose the style with a handle. It works very well on chopping the potatoes and carrots. I haven't used it on other vegetables yet. I'm sure it will cut even easier on softer vegetables. I love the crinkle style. I still haven't figured out to do the waffle cut.

Really works crinkle fries in deacon’s and it’s very sharp

Pretty good but wish it was heavier weight.
Just got this. I tried it on sweet potatoes and cucumbers. Went thru the cucumbers like butter. Took a bit more effort with the sweet potatoes but worked well enough. Got the longer handle and glad it did. It makes it much easier to handle. I wish it was a bit heavier because I think if it was it would be easier to go thru harder veggies, etc. Overall, for the price, it's not bad. I probably would spend another $10 to get one more solid and heavy weight but I'll keep this one for now. If price is an issue, I'd recommend this one.
