No matter how your child is sitting or what position, they can still drink without the struggle of the straw grabbing the liquid. Of course I don't allow my children to lay down while drinking anything because it is a choke hazard but if they wanted to, they could still drink in a laying down position...I just don't encourage it. Durable, and definitely useful for any position and it being no-spill. You can tell it was created by Mothers. Definitely worth the money!BUT...be aware! If your child is a chewer like my child is after a month of using this product, he chewed the inside soft plastic of the straw (see pic) that broke and he probably swallowed. He is now using hard plastic cups so there isn't a chance of chewing apart the soft plastic. There is a pic of what the inside of the straw is supposed to look like. Otherwise this is a great product for non-chewers!

I have tried so many different straw cup that have said leek proof, but weren't when baby pushes down the straw with hands or by holding it upside down on the ground or shaking it.But this one does not leak no matter what she does to it and it's not hard to suck from. You do need to buy the brush separately.Customer service is great. I had one that came with a ripped straw and they sent me a new one so I didn't have to send in both cups and wait for me ones so that I could continue the straw training.

Child has no problem with drinking from cup, seems to work fine.As with any straw cup it's a little annoying to clean, but not terrible.

Leak proof miracle! My only complain is that it's plastic, of course and gets foggy after washing a few times, but easy to clean in general! Much better than the Munchkin, where you have to really pull on the straw to get the liquid out (adult tested). Just decide what's more important, leak proof or ease of use for toddler. It's not impossible, but it is definitely really hard to get the liquid out!

My son has been using this cup for almost a year now and it is his favorite! He’s hates using all of our other cups and only wants to drink out of this one. Spill proof and easy to hold!

This cup has not leaked at all even with my kid constantly dropping and throwing it. The price was reasonable. I’ve already bought more!

I don’t want to give these 2 stars in case the leaking is somehow my error (I don’t think it is, but leaving room for the possibility). These are cute, the cap can be hard to screw on at times, and I did notice leaking, esp if they fall to the side. I keep hoping I find why they are leaking, but it’s possible the quality isn’t as great as I’d hoped.

This cup is very easy for my 10 month old to use; the handles are always to grip and the silicone straw is soft and flexible (tucks inside the cap to keep clean when not being used). Best of all, the weighted straw makes it able to be used in any position (upside down, sideways, etc), which is great for a LO still getting the hang of drinking. Great starter sippy cup! The only thing I would add would be to have it come with an extra straw for when this one needs replacing (which I can see being sooth the way my teething LO is chewing on it, lol).

This is the perfect little cup for babies new to straws. I had the munchkin one before and although it states to be "leak-proof" mine certainly was not. I came accross this one and decided to give it a shot and glad I did - so far baby has been able to easily drink from it with zero leaks and it has been dropped a number of times already with no issues.

My daughter learned how to drink from straw with this cup. It doesn't leak and it's very durable (my daughter throws it on the floor all the time). It's a bit difficult to wash it at first though.

Muy fácil de lavar y volver a colocar sus padres. No escurre agua. Mi bebé lo ha tirado muchas veces al piso y no se rompe o daña. Lo recomiendo!
