Nanotubes infused in the resin increase your stiffness and breaking strength by over 25%. NanoDiamonds infused in the hardener can increase results by over 15%. Use both and get a total of 40% better results!*
Works great for vacuum bagged and hand lay-up applications (NOT intended for infusion OR use with pumps). Ratio is 5 parts resin to 1 part hardener. - This resin kit has 50-60 mins pot life at 80F (we recommend curing between 80F-160F. Can be post-cured), and is dry to touch in approx.12 hrs at 80F, about 2 hours at 160F (complete cure in 7 days).
UV stable, low VOC, clear in thin coats and post curable (grey to black in concentrates). Resin has the consistency of a light syrup, the hardener is closer the consistency of water. Kit includes resin and hardener
*Testing was done with IM (intermediate modulus) carbon fabric (55Msi stiffness). Aerospace & commercial grade carbon will likely produce better result. For best results use thicker and multiple layer laminates and applying this resin to the outside layers of a composite structures.
