I bought the Bizewo frother three months ago and loved it how easy and precised I get my milk froth , with four options to choose from . Lately I had a problem powering the machine but contacted service support and issue was resolved promptly .

This is a tale of an extraordinary foamer and even more extraordinary customer service. First - the foaming. I've had a number of Nespresso Foamaccinos in different countries. For some reason, it foams up some milks, others not. I've tested theories as to why (it often seems like organic wouldn't foam, which makes no sense, but anyway) - suffice it so say foamless milk from a frother is sad. This foamer, however, has never failed to froth a milk, fresh or old, organic or not. And it has super foam and medium foam (as well as cold foam). So bottom line - it's inexpensive and works great.But, if like me, you appreciate award-winning customer service, read on. I lost the electric base of the foamer - (100% our fault) and tried to buy a replacement. But base-only was not for sale - except for used on E-bay for basically the price of a new one (makes no sense). So on a lark, because I honestly did NOT even expect a reply in this mostly customer service free world - I sent an email. What followed was a beautiful dialogue about the foamer, my wish to BUY a replacement base, and... They sent me a NEW base for free.Now I'm sure I (or they) can't promise to do that. But finding an awesome product backed by a responsive company is about as good as it gets in the cold world of on-line shopping.

After trying 3 different frothers prior to this purchase, I finally found the perfect one! It’s affordable, has excellent frothing, and is simple to use. We purchased in May and this week it quit working. I reached out to customer support and got a reply back within the hour giving me troubleshooting instructions along with instructions for proceeding if troubleshooting failed. I sent them a short video of the issues and they quickly responded with a refund and apology. I will be purchasing another one, not only because of the quality of the product but because of how they handled my complaint. Great product with exceptional customer service!

Makes my coffee shop-style drinks at home. Heats and froths milk quickly. I use it every morning!

Easy to use and easy to clean! Decent size to store in places. Definitely gets it super frothy.

Update: I am changing my star rating to 4 stars because of my EXCELLENT experience with the company's customer service dept, who promptly answered my email over the weekend and ultimately gave me a full refund after asking for a short video demonstrating the issue. I will be buying another one as I believe this one could've been defective because when it worked, it produced perfect, thick foam for cappuccinos and airy, light foam for lattes (not to mention the sleek design). I will update my review here after another 3 months if this new one stops working.Bought in Jan, stopped working in March. Heats milk but stops frothing it, so just comes out as hot milk. Tried steps in troubleshooting but they don't work (unplug/plug back in). Don't buy this!

unit often doesnt work right. directions say whole milk, but its too heavy. it ends up not foaming well at all. Plus it seems the unit heats too much - milk solids are stuck on the bottom. not burnt but def need scraping to get off. So after having to "play around" with the ratio of milk fat, I finally settled on 1% with a splash of 1/2 & 1/2. Now, 18 months later, it started giving me problems with the motor not making the whisk spin and it completely conked out a couple days ago. It still heats, but won't spin. I won't buy this one again. its not worth the PIA to make it work the way you want.
