Great phone
Great basic phone for a high school student that does not have social media.

TERRIBLE PHONE
This phone is a disaster! You need to take the battery out and memory clean the phone daily, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. I do not use the phone very often, but rarely works correctly. I have to tap the button over and over to get the correct letter or function. Another issue is the font, it is so small l need glasses to read it. Sound is good, the price was average, delivery was good, and the appearance is good. I wonder if this is rebuilt or reconditioned? Save yourself the trouble, buy something else. These used to be great cheap phones!

Perfect!
My grandmother hated her smart phone. I purchased this for her and she absolutely loves how easy it is to use!

Took mine to an AT&T store to reactivate after swapping SIM card
After I swapped the AT&T SIM card from a broken unit, it would turn on, but all I got was an AT&T message about activating the "pre-paid" phone with AT&T.I'm not a big mobile phone user so I took the phone which was a replacement for an abused phone by the wife and all the person did was reactivate the SIM card, because they said moving it from one phone to another "locks it" or something like that and they un-locked or "reset" the SIM card and now I can (my wife can) make phone calls again, 1st time I tried to use it, the phone had 2 stored numbers from the previous phone, I called one and it went dark after about 20 seconds of talking, so I removed the battery, that reset whatever caused the phone to turn off and refuse to turn back on.So once I turned it on, I deleted the 2 old numbers, they had a small "LTE" next to the number, but once I entered the same number, the little "LTE" (which was the make of the previous phone) appeared again, so apparently just changing phone with a SIM card does not negate the system or phone the original SIM card was formatted for.I told the wife what to do if it goes dark again, but she does not want to mess with it and I'm glad, because she has the weird gift of destruction, anything she touches tends to fall apart or break without much effort, it's like a reverse "Midas touch" where everything she touches turns into junk.I won't know for a week or so if the going dark issue has resolved itself or not, so just be aware of this issue.Since I already have a carrier, (AT&T) I'll probably never use the pre-paid SIM card this came with.If you're using this to replace an LTE phone that looks similar from AT&T, just know that the battery types are different, the battery in this model is smaller and the polarity is in a different direction of the lower right corner, same capacity, but I'm having issues finding any spare batteries here on Amazon.
