purchased this for my husbands Birthday, Its only 250.... and works better then my phone that is over 1000.00 . Once my phone is done I am switching over to this too. Its a littler thicker them I am use to but for the price I will get over that fast. Its made well , long battery life , screens are really good... I am super impressed !! I want one now

Really love this phone. If you have large hands and not-so nimble fingers, this is a great phone with factory case. Gboard keyboard is a good size that cuts down on typos. Back Screen is described by other reviewers as a "gimmic" and I could not disagree more. Quick to open by a single customizable button to get to a smartwatch style clock, camera, or compass. There are several clock faces, but I prefer the one with an analog look, battery indicator, and pedometer which is great for long walks! Overall this 5-G phone is snappy, has lot's of interesting features such as a speedometer, Bubble level, decibel meter, and heart rate monitor. IMHO this is the best value phone of the 10 phones I've owned.

The title says it all.

After 4 months of use problems have come to light. The major problem came known on Jan. 3rd 2023 when Verizon ended their CDMA (2G/3G) network the phone call out/in stopped. Being in self-employment business that's a BIG problem! Because my area is not yet 5G network (phone is 5G) the phone then defaults to CDMA. Even though my area is 4G, the phone is not 4G LTE, therefore, defaults to CDMA. I took the phone out of my area to a town that has 5G and the phone once again worked. So, a word of caution before buying any third party phone not sold or recognized by your carrier their are issues to consider. Second, because of this third party aspect sim cards from carrier ( this phone is usable on ATT & Verizon) will not intialize service. So 5G sim card had to be activated in a phone sold by carrier. In this case my wife's phone. Then on our account it showed we both had her phone.The other main issue I had was the touch screen word intermittently, which was very frustrating.Now after 4 months I have a gorgeous glass paper weight. Maybe when my area is 5G I might be able to once again use this phone.It has great battery life and is "heavy duty" durability, why I bought phone. The phone is thick and heavy weight wise which was not an issue for me.The big red flag against buying third party phones is they might work with your cell network but when you need a carrier's marketed phone to activate a sim card that a problem. Lucky for me I could use my wife's phone to do so. The Verizon phone center would NOT use any of theirs to do so. Once again proves the major carriers have a monopoly with their network!

I have been using unihertz products for awhile. I started with the Titan and moved to the Titan pocket. This my first phone without a physical keyboard. The tick tock 5g rugged phone is. As advertised it has survived falling many times. The phone has been great. For communication I use it with Metro by T mobile with no issues.the phone is great with data and web browsing. This phone has become my podcast player and gaming device. Overall this is my favorite phone that i have owned. The battery life is astounding.

Did some extensive research on rugged cell phones and only a fraction of the phones I found are compatible with the Verizon network. On the description for this phone, it said it was compatible. Unfortunately, it is not. The phone, however, is very sturdy and rugged feeling. Returning it for a full refund.

Good phone.. certainly better than bloatware rich main stream device makers. The team can still open up on more stringent privacy controls. Back ground data disable on some system tasks makes the device to enforce factory reset. This must be fixed.Works well on all 3 major carriers on 5G and lower well (tested working on FMVOs as well)
