No odor. Fantastic overall!
his is fantastic! I've always had hard beds with very firm memory foam. this is just soft enough that I sink in a bit. it's hard to measure. it feels sturdy and when I registered it, it extended the warranty to 2 years. Also...absolutely NO odor! Not 1 wiff. They included certificates for Certipure-US and OkeoTex Standard 100 that has a code SHO25 126864 Testex.I love it. My hard one made it to 9 years old and still no dent but its just to hard for me now.

Great for Hospital Beds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This fit perfectly on our medical bed for my mom who came out the hospital. If I had to do it again (and if I knew better) I would have ordered it earlier so when we brought her home it would be already on. She sleeps so much better now and it reduces her pain level.Ease of installation:The straps are so great for topper placement, no slips

Maybe a little soft.
It feels great if you like foam, might be a little soft. Overall it feels pretty comfortable a lot better than the hard mattress that I had.

It’s got lumbar support, memory foam, and cooling. It also has a cover, that’s bamboo and unzips to be washed. When you 1st undo out of package 📦 it takes quite a few hrs to plump up, does take 48 hrs to get it to original appearance. It’s super easy to do! Omg does it feel like heaven. It’s the best EVER!!!!

Comfy
So far so good. This topper certainly feels better than sleeping on a regular mattress. The 4 straps at each corner helps keep the 3 inch topper in place. I opened it, rolled it out, aired it out in the spare room doe 2 days. I recommend.

Eases back pain
This topper has been a blessing for my back pain. I like that it has straps to hold it in place on the mattress .

Smaller than advertised.
I bought the queen size topper for my queen size mattress. I noticed that it did not fully extend to the edges. I measured it right away and it came up short. So after letting it sit out for a week to make sure it was fully expanded I measured it at 77 x 58. A queen size bed is 80x60.

CLOUD SLEEP
We purchased the 4” Cal King size mattress topper. We received it promptly. Inside the box it was nicely wrapped in a vacuum sealed bag. It took 4-6 hours to fully expand. The adjustable straps keep it in place; we haven't needed to readjust the position. The size was true to size; it fits over my mattress perfectly.Once fully expanded, my first reaction was it felt very firm, but once I lay on it, I loved that my body seemed to melt into the topper, and it contoured my entire body. It does not get too hot and feels very soft.My only complaint, it had a horrible chemical smell when we unwrapped it. The smell lingered for 2-3 days; that is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars.
