I am a professional athlete and coach and use every gadget there is out there. These are amongst my top 5 favorite type of balls for myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and general rolling or pin and stretch techniques. I have a variety of other balls and rollers but none compare to this. When I lost mine I went on a wild goose chase to replace them as they are German. I bought two more and very happy to have them again. Highly recommend! They work well~

I first saw this at physical therapy. With tight muscles mid-back, the ball can be placed between my back and a chair back and I just move back and forth while the ball "massages" the muscle. After 20 minutes, the pain in my mid-back was gone and didn't come back for 2 days. This is a far better solution than using Ibuprophen constantly. Loved it so much I bought another.

This product is fine. I thought it would have alittle give to it like the balls in the gym I use. But it still does the job

Perfect size for travel! Small enough for back, upper chest and foot massage but big enough get the legs. The ball is very light and fits perfect in your luggage. I own a 5 inch ball, hand roller, trigger point foam roller, 2.5 inch lacrosse ball. This ball can pretty much replace all of them. ITB rolling has to be learned and practiced.

Excellent tool to relieve tense muscles in shoulders and neck. Three to five minutes of workout - rolling the ball around the affected area of your back - on a floor or against the wall will ease tense muscles. A plus is that it does not leave abrasion marks on the wall.

Ideal size for entire body. Light as a feather. Very firm. When I squeeze my hardest it depresses just barely. Good grip on clothes, and good grip on yoga mat underneath. Not the best grip on wood/vinyl/cement floors, but will work. Breathe.

Je pratique les auto massages régulièrement après l'entraînement depuis 2 ou 3 ans et j'ai plusieurs "outils" (canne, rouleau, bâton, balles...). Je connais donc bien ce genre de produit. Un collègue m'a fait essayer cette grosse balle et je n'ai pas pu résister. C'est probablement l'outil le plus pratique de tous. Ça taille est idéale et permet de masser efficacement la majorité des groupes musculaires (parfait pour les mollets et le dos) . La balle est légère, dure, ne glisse pas trop. Elle ne prends pas de place dans un sac.

I was recommended to get a trigger ball by my physio, but so many of them are comically priced for what they are. This is the same material and weight as a foam roller, and just as sturdy, glad I found it.

Na 1 keer gebruiken al heel tevreden. Goed hard zoals het hoort. Deukt niet in. Mooi ruw oppervlak zodat het niet snel wegglijdt.

This Ball is so much better than the spiky ball I used before. It's firmer and therefore I can release even deeper tight spots in my back, which I used to only get rid off with a professional massage. It is also really light and can be cleaned easily. It's always in my handbag now and I often use it at work, when I get that uncomfortable pinch between my shoulders from using the mouse.
