I started using this when I was told I needed a CPAP. Using the CPAP triggered sinus attacks, and in order to use the device, I needed something to alleviate the sinus pressure. I've tried other brands, but this is the only one that came close to lasting as long as promised. It's quick acting, and I probably get 10 out of 12 hours, but I can muddle through those two hours. Can definitely recommend.

I would give this 10/5 if i could.However, User beware. afrin dependance is a real thing and i am definitely beyond dependant at 28 purchases now, While one spray a day would last me until the night, now i need 3 or 4 per day to get the same thing, The product works amazingly and continues to work even through biological resistance but beware how good it works. the results are literally addictive.

Afrin is a known name that is safe to use as directed. If symptoms persist longer than directed, either switch to a nonsteroidal or talk to the doctor. Found it safe while using a tablet antihistamine without over drying the sinuses.
