I recently repurchased the True Image 201X M277dw Toner 4 cartridge pack. It is an incredible value. They also work great in our HP Laserjet, delivering perfect color. The previous toner cartridges lasted over 1 year. Next year I will be reordering these again.

Once the cartridge was installed on my HP Laser Jet Pro M252w I received a message that I was not using genuine HP cartridge which caused me concern. But the cartridge works fine and so far have not had any problems.

Received and installed a 4 pack of color toner cartridges (201X). Immediately noticed a small streaking and offset print of the blue (cyan) cartridge. Contacted customer service and they promptly sent a video on how to correct the offset issue. Although the video was for a different printer and my menus did not have the option they suggested, I did assess the "Calibration" option was similar. Therefore I performed a manual calibration. Even though this calibration ran every time I reseated the cartridges, this manual running of it must have been different because it fixed my issue. Print quality remains crisp and clear. I was informed by customer service that these cartridges have a 2 year warranty and to contact them for refund/replacement should the problem(s) resurface. Overall, happy with my purchase and especially the price and print quality.

I recently (6/26/25) bought the TRUE IMAGE 201X M277dw Toner Cartridge 4 Pack. I would like to offer highly positive feedback regarding both this product and the company. I decided to try a third-party cartridge with quality toner and lower prices than HP toners. The toner cartridges were received very quickly from Amazon. However, the box was somewhat damaged upon arrival. I did a quick assessment and found that one of the cartridges was slightly damaged. I notified True Image of the issue, and they quickly sent me a new replacement cartridge. I was amazed at how quickly they resolved this issue. I finally got to use the cartridges for the first time about a week ago (8/25/25). I have been a long-time user of HP cartridges and worried about the quality of third-party cartridges. Let me assure everyone that the quality of the cartridges from TRUE IMAGE is very high. I have noticed absolutely no difference in quality. The use of these cartridges is easy to understand with the Installation Guide. I had no problem following the easy 4-step process. Yes, it is a little different from using the HP cartridges, but easy to follow. I am now a life-long buyer of TRUE IMAGE Toner Cartridges. The lower price is fair, the quality is excellent, and it meets my goal of reducing my costs while providing quality toner. I give them 5 stars and would like to give them 6 for overachievement. I only wish I had tried them sooner. Also, there is a BONUS: I no longer get the annoying messages from my printer to check if I am using an HP Cartridge. Unfortunately, I cannot find any weaknesses in using the True Image cartridges.

Have had good experience with off brand carts until now. Failed at midnight with a tight and essential deadline.

Les articles sont bien emballés et j'ai dans un premier temps remplacé uniquement la cartouche de jaune puis, comme ça fonctionnait bien, j'ai aussi remplacé le bleu et le magenta. Tout a bien été reconnu par l'imprimante. J'ai aussi testê la cartouche noire par prêcaution mais je la garde de côté car l'ancienne cartouche est encore bonne. Les cartouches sont bien lourdes... Du même poids que mes cartouches grande autonomie HP initiales donc je pense que l'autonomie sera bonne... À valider dans le temps ! Après quelques jours d'impression (une trentaine de pages A4), les couleurs sont bonnes et ça ne bave pas. Seul bémol: pas de package pour remballer individuellement les cartouches usagées l'avant de les mettre au recyclage. J'en suis donc très satisfait. Ma précédente expérience avec une autre marque avait mené à une catastrophe. Je recommande donc, surtout à ce prix 👍
