I received the fruit punch flavor. I like the flavor but the Sucralose sweetener makes it a little too sweet. I just add a little more water. Mixes great with water. I haven't tried it in a smoothie, but it would probably provide enough sweetness in the mix without needing anything else. I take it at night since it has L-tryptophan in it, which may help with sleep. I haven't noticed any stomach issues. Nutricost always seems to have quality products at a reasonable price.

I bought this after needing a more affordable option over another product I was using. This one actually has higher doses of EAA’s and includes the major AA’s that I couldn’t find in other fitness supplements and BCAA/ EAA supplements. I got the unflavored to throw into my protein shakes and it truly is unflavored. I will say however I tried it just with juice and it had a slightly funky aftertaste and smell. Nothing bad just not ideal, so I personally recommend a smoothie or protein shake. It mixes well, and doesn’t leave clumps (both blended and with a shaker bottle). I definitely notice a difference after my training sessions when I don’t take it, more soreness and longer recovery than when I take it. I take this almost everyday so I appreciate the affordable price. However it would be nice to have a bigger option

Not bad but not the best in flavor profile. Its strong and tart. It is refreshing but moving forward, I will only use half a scoop. It also misses the mark in being true to the blue raspberry flavor. I can't day what it does taste like, either. Thats me, my taste buds. Yours could be different. I do trust the Nutricost product line for quality, though Anyway, I probably wont reorder since I have another brand I use that truly tastes like blue raspberry.

Tastes yuck but all eaas do. Add something with it to cover taste

The tast is really good. I used it for the first time today. Fasted workout and got the best pump I have had in awhile. I don't get the placebo effect so I know it works. Even my girlfriend took it empty stomach before work and noticed a big increase in energy and stamina. Im 60 and she's 54 so definitely not spring chickens. I will definitely buy again. Probably subscribe to it as we will go through it every 2 weeks.

Nutricost are good-quality supplements at fair-prices. This product does everything an EAA should do (happy with the results) and the taste if pleasantly good too.

Undortunatelely after one scoop. I realized it has sucralose in it. I'll take real sugar any day. Or stevia. Not sucralose or xylotol. Two of which that can kill the good bacteria in your gut biome. I learned about xylotol the hard way. Great for teeth but don't swallow long term. Can cause gut pain. Like sucralose can cause inflammation. Just do some research in a few places. If it had an option with stevia or unbleached sugar. They'd have a customer for life because the flavor is great. And its got a good amino acid content.

Delicious!!! Mixes well, seems to work, my soreness is little to none, I mix it with blueberries and protein. Great drink no issues with it.

I ordered my EAA flavourless, and it's very very bitter. It's ruins all my shakes, I wondering how such a taste is not rectified by the company yet.

Flavour is okay but consistency is great, pleased with the purchase.
