I highly recommend the Vanilla Flavour, have finished a whole bottle of this. I prefer this since Whey protein doesn’t suit me. It’s a clean protein powder without any heavy metals, it tastes good and didn’t cause any digestive problems.

Taste, colour smell and texture like a fine version of chana dal. So, for the plant food lovers, its a familiar taste. Dissolves easily in cold water. Comes with a spoon, each scoop12 g protein and relatively low calories (abt 55). Made a shake of it with thin buttermilk, tastes ok. May be too early to say, I felt full after one scoop in 300ml liquid. No issues.

I went for the coffee caramel flavour and cannot recommend it enough!Overall 4/5 - 1 star removal because at the price they are asking, they could (and ideally should) have 30 scoops (instead of 20) in their larger package and not force the consumer to buy 2 large packs just to get a month’s supply.
