Fun game for those who like to choose their own adventure!
This game is an awesome take of the campy horror flicks from the 80s. Your choices affect the outcome of the story so choose wisely! Characters in the game are likeable and some provide some comic relief during scarier interactions. This is a great game to pop on with friends, so you can take turns choosing what to say next. The story is good and takes around 6-10 hours depending on how you play. Graphics on the series x look amazing and almost photorealistic in some scenes. Overall 8/10 game

More movie than game
Let me start by saying the graphics are phenomenal, the acting is on spot. The problem at least with me is there is very little game play, the first 3 or 4 hours I may touched the controller 4 or 5 times and only for 2 or 3 seconds. The story itself is great and for some folks this may suit them, me personally it's not what I look for in a game. I felt like I spent 70 dollars on a Friday the 13th ripoff movie and not a game.

Story line!
I really enjoyed this game, granted it was more of à movie but it was still fun. Am looking for more games like this. Can anyone advise?

Its no Until Dawn but its enjoyable
This game is the unofficial follow-up to the masterpiece that was Until Dawn on the Playstation platform.I had the pleasure of experiencing this game on my Xbox Series X. The game arrived fast, via Amazon Prime, but was tossed on my porch in front of the door. That's not a good location for a disc to be placed since it could have easily been stepped on, and damaged, by anyone exiting my home.About the game:The graphics are nice. The game itself is mediocre.Certain things look great in 4K while other images still needed work. For instance, the water animations look awful. At times the water looks so bad its like the characters are splashing around in oil. The story is ok but simply did not hook me the way the Until Dawn storyline did. This game has lots of "Girl Power," narratives in it. No offense but when I buy a game I am looking for a good game not feminist politics. There is nothing wrong with having a well written female protagonist (See Ripley from Alien, the movie The Descent, etc.) if it is done the right way. Instead the developers of this game took the easy way out by simply making the majority of the girls into the tired old "boss chick," cliche stock character and the guys in the game are degraded and relegated to being thirsty, clueless, and overly apologetic.Again, if you're looking for an Until Dawn experience simply play Until Dawn. This game simply does not compare. In Until Dawn you, as a player, were literally afraid in some scenes. In this game you're just waiting for the action to start; and once it does you're simply trying to "save all of the characters," with the quicktime events. No fear at all. To be honest, I didn't even care about most of the characters in this game because they were so cliche for a modern game. The fact that co-op was not available upon launch also hurt this game. I'm glad I managed to find this on Amazon for $25 since I could not see paying full price for this game. Its not a bad game its just not anywhere near as spectacular as some people online try to make it out to be. Its not even a great game. Its "enjoyable," if you don't have anything else to play.I'd prefer one of the Dark Pictures games to this personally. This is not a bad game but don't expect it to be as good as Until Dawn. This is a good game if you're not paying full price.

Amazing game!!
This game is absolutely amazing. My friends and I played it through the movie night mode and we were hooked. The characters are so personable and believable, the lighting and graphics are great, and the facial expressions are crazy realistic. The quick time events are fairly easy, but I don’t think it takes away from the game. Overall great storyline with hundreds of endings that makes a great play through.

Get your physical on!
With the move toward digital libraries, it is great to see that some games can still be purchased in a physical format. This game runs very well on the XBOX Series X. Visuals are stunning, almost cinematic, and the gameplay is a lot of fun. The story is engaging and interesting although perhaps not quite the level of Until Dawn. Perhaps it is the nostalgia talking but there is something special about inserting a disc and playing a game with friends.

Me decepcionó
