Fantastic, and very customizable (?).
Drill the hole size you need and you're off and running. Looks to be very water tight.

Perfect option!
Used this to run a surge protector thru my exterior wall to an outdoor tv. I didn't want just a hole in the wall and this product gave me a nice, clean look and seal. Easy to use. Great product!!

High quality; easy to install
I was very apprehensive about drilling a hole in my boat to route the cable for my new transducer. This product put my mind at ease. The cable clam is very well engineered, easy to install for anyone with basic mechanical skills, and has a much cleaner look than anything else I could find to cover and/or seal the 1” hole necessary to route my transducer plug through the hull of my pride and joy. I highly recommend it to anyone who is as leery of drilling holes in a perfectly good boat as I was before I discovered the cable clam.

6 years on van roof, still great with no leaks
We have solar wiring running through the cable clams and they're doing well after 6 years. That's all.

Worked for me!
Price: The CableClam could definitely be cheaper considering you're paying. There's nothing really stopping anyone from using caulk or wood filler as an alternative.Design: It comes in an easy open package with everything tucked away. This device is pretty much made with mistakes in mind. Everything is pretty straight forward. Just drill a hole the size of your cable in the rubber piece then cut a slit in the rubber so that it fits around the cable.Issues: Doesn't really conform or compress the cable to fill in gaps as advertised. I had to use a bit of black caulk to fill the little gaps. It's also thicker than it needs to be. They could probably cut the depth in half so that it doesn't stand out as much since right now it's like attaching a hockey puck to a wall.Overall it's a good product that gives you a nice clean sealed wall grommet.
