Acuzone Smokeless Moxa-Rolls (1)

I did have one that I had a hard time trying to ignite it.It's best to use a candle to help it to ignite and heat up so you don't get burned by the match. It offers a nice warmth to the skin. Just be careful not to get the moxa too close to the skin so you don't get burned. Good healing product for my rash.

I was 36.5 weeks pregnant with a breach baby and facing the possibility of having the doctor perform an external version (I think that's what it is called) to push my baby around to be head down for birth. This can be extremely dangerous so I took matters into my own hands (i.e. I took to Google.) If you have this problem, google "How to turn a breach baby with moxibustion or moxabustion". I followed the directions to burn 2 sticks pointed at the outside of my pinky toes for 15 minutes once in the morning and then once again that evening before bed. I felt my baby turn 180 degrees in my belly that night! The next morning I did one more 15 minute session for good measure. I had a successful normal delivery. A few months later my husband's coworker was facing a c-section for breach baby so we let her borrow our moxa sticks and her baby turned after only one session! You can call this a coincidence, I don't care. Our babies came safely after doing this!

Not sure if it was this or the forward leaning inversions but the day after trying this our baby flipped head down! Was pleasantly surprised that these had virtually no smoke/smell to them, just a light incense scent, also couldn’t believe how much warmth they generate. It was a very relaxing experience and really relaxed me / my toes also.

I have a bad knee, and this helps reduce swelling. This is the same brand that my acupuncturist uses on me, so I decided to look for it online to buy and use at home. To light it up, I hold it over a gas flame on my stove. It's a bit of a pain, though, as it can take a while. Once the tip glows orange, I blow on it to try to spread it. Then I put it back over the flame and repeat until the tip is sufficiently glowing orange. When I hold it over my knee, I have to be careful not to get too close, as I've accidentally touched my skin and got a slight burn. Also, I've learned to not do this on my sofa as I've gotten black ash on the upholstery!

Breaks in half easily, used to keep my child head down starting at 35 weeks until delivery (worked). Recommended by my acupuncturist.

My wife and I purchased these moxa sticks to help try and turn our breech baby. We used them 2 different times on both toes at the same times. Both times it made baby extremely active, even more so than normal. 3 days after the last time we used them, we went to the Dr and found out that our son had flipped into a head down position! We were at 34 weeks. My wife had also been doing breech tilts, so we don't know what made him flip.....moxa, positioning, or his own natural inclination. But without a doubt, the moxa sticks did make him more active in utero.The sticks themselves are small, but they burn slowly. And for turning a breech baby it is recommeded that they are used for 20 minutes, so the sticks were long enough to last the 20 minutes. They are truly smokeless, however they do give off a distinct fragrance. It isn't too bad though, and by the next morning the smell was gone.I would recommend these for someone trying to get their breech baby to turn. I don't k now if it was the sticks that flipped out so n, but regardless it is cheap and completely safe, which is why we tried it to begin with. Good product.
