6PCS Natural Hermit Crab Shells

We've had our three hermit crabs about 8 months and they'd never changed shells. They had started fighting, with one crab trying to steal another's shell. We'd provided them with some additional empty shells, but I think they were just too thin and too big. We got these shells instead and they are great! A fun variety of shapes, colors, and sizes; very sturdy; and just the right size (with a variety of sizes). Our three crabs swapped shells a total of four times in the first 48 hours. They tried out all different new homes. And most important, there's no more fighting. These shells were literally a life-saver (because, you know, they'll fight over a shell to the death)! We highly recommend them if you've got hermit crabs at home.

The shells were alright, but when I order 8 I expect to get 8. Not 6.

Thank you for these. Had a few land hermit crabs that were getting too big for the whelk shells I tend to find on the beach. My Strawb moved into a new one 5 mins after putting it in the tank. Good range of sizes.
