I am genuinely impressed by the Iphone 13 pro max that I had ordered recently in excellent condition offer. The product arrived 1 day before the delivery time and it was in mint condition. Scratch-less and the battery is 88% in capacity. Just felt that it was new. I also received a screen protector, 20W fast charger and a cable. The charger works awesome. Overall will buy and recommend to buy Iphones from New Fone House from Amazon.

The media could not be loaded. As you can see the device doesn’t work , it allowed me to put a password in when setting up the device 2 seconds later the device updated and now won’t let me put the password in so I can’t use the device . Although I haven’t been able to use the device the battery is also rubbish I charged the device and the battery dies as soon as unplugged when I’m not even using the device as I physically can’t . I’m extremely dissatisfied I returned the device and the seller sent it back to me as it has a password even though i informed them it had a password and to contact me on my number if they need anything (which they didn’t do ) may I add I had to pay to return the parcel which the seller has returned to me and said I can’t have a refund until the password is removed which I can’t do so now I have lost out on money ! Do not purchase from this seller !!!

This phone arrived, it was well packed.. Looks like brand new. I liked it but since I bought an excellent condition I expected the battery health to be above 90% but it wasn't.Before I bought the phone I could see reviews of people getting above 92% battery health for an excellent condition. This is what encouraged me to buy.So overall the phone was okay. It's just the battery health that disappointed me. I had 87% for an excellent condition.I had to return it and they refunded me on time.I suggest that when you're about to buy they would inform the buyer what to expect.
