Similar to Balance of Nature at a much better price, it is my go to fruit and vegetable supplement. I feel better, have more restful sleep and better bowel movements.

Capsules are quite large. The fruit is ok, but the vegetables taste awful. Bad taste and size of capsule make them very hard to swallow, and I usually have no problem.
