My one complaint is a very very small one
Purchased Feb 2023 and installed on the wall above our fireplace mantle. We had always planned on putting a thin TV or display there and were debating on a Samsung Fram or LG G2. After some research and looking at the two side-by-side in a local electronics store, we chose to go wit the LG. First, the picture quality is amazing. Also, the OLED is more durable than the LED and with little kids in the house, we wanted to make sure the display wasn’t damaged if something “accidentally” made contact with it. Or, at leas the damage would be more minimal. We also really like that it has Amazon Alexa built in, however, and this is a big one, if you’re watching something and someone call to a different Alexa device in the room (we have two), the TV will for whatever reason respond nearly 99% of the time. When this happens, the show will keep playing but the audio will be Alexa. It can be annoying. The sound is also amazing. We had originally ordered the matching sound bar but returned it after we were disappointed by the sounder quality and blown away by the sound from the TV itself. The TV also comes with an awesome wall mount and template for hanging it. The actual hanging is a two person job but we found it to be rather straight forward. LG has also put together some great “how to” videos. My one complaint is that to us, it look like the bezel around the screen es ever so lightly larger on one side. NONE of our guests have ever noticed but as well look at it more than they do, and we’re a bit nitpicky. But is that a show stopper, absolutely not.In the end, the quality is top notch, it looks amazing, and everyone that comes to our home comments about how cool it looks and asks what kind it is.Pros:- Amazing picture quality- More durable that an LED display- Built in Alexa- Amazing sound for the size- Comes with a very low-profile wall mountCons:- To us, it look like the bezel around the screen es ever so lightly larger on one side- Doesn’t come with a stand/feet but for that there’s a different model you should get- Alexa can actually be a little annoying if the TV responds when you thinking it will be a different echo device.Would I recommend this item to a friend? Heck yeah. I’ve had so many comment on the picture quality and slim look.

Best TV I ever bought
I bought this in Feb 2023. I have bought a lot of top end TV's in my life and I have to say this is the best TV I have ever bought. The picture could not be more beautiful. The colors are perfect. The blacks are really black, and the contrast is very crisp. When this one dies I will buy the next generation LG in a heartbeat.

Do not buy any LG OLEDs (prone to faults within 6 month)
Picture quality is pretty good, but brightness is tragic. No point in even watching HDR on this tv.Besides that, my TV showed vertical lines on the screen within 5 months of purchase, unbelievable for a TV of this price. Light use too. Having seen this on OLEDs before, i know this is a fault of the set, and needs replacing/refunding,Dealing with their customer service was one of the worst experiences of my life:- They don’t even respond when you submit tickets.- 3 different reps ended group chats because the issue was too difficult for them to handle, so they took no authority of situation, and just ended chat. Shocking!- Finally got through to someone on the phone, after being sent on endless call routing dead-ends by the IVR.(Wasted hours at this point)- Then, I am routed to a center overseas, where the reps have little to no understanding on anything, and are so hard to understand. It is shocking how bad US businesses have become with regard to customer support…- Escalated to a US team, finally…- Then rep proceeds to tell me that no matter the issue, they will not refund it if the tech determines it is a fault of LG. Unbelievable!!! I have zero confidence in LG, and simply want a refund at this point, but they refuse and refund, regardless of situation.- They refuse to escalate further, saying no one above them, which is a lie.- They are basically locking buyers into an unsigned contract with no hope of refund if the product is faulty due to their manufacturing. Yet another US business that does not care about the quality of the product as much as cornering the market and then forcing buyers to purchase their crappy products.- I will never buy LG ever again!! And I wholeheartedly recommend you do not either.- After all of that crap, and the final result, it is clear LG cares nothing for customers. I will forever boycott them and ensure everyone I know shies away from them too.I will be blasting this all online too.

Great Quality and Features!
Beautiful built! Great menu (UI). Everything works smoothly and quickly. There is more brightness and contrast than we need. Picture looks true to life at 75% luminescence and 65 contrast. It automatically picks HDR10+ and Dolby Atmos and Vision. When you turn it off, it turns off devices that are plugged to it automatically. Great TV all around!

Deep blacks & bright highlights
Beautiful picture in terms of major improvement over my old Sony LED 4K.We all know the basics of OLED over just an LED television. Though seeing it in person, ESPECIALLY side-by-side is something not everyone experiences to really appreciate OLED.Movies look great 👍 Filmmaker Mode auto detects, CEC functions work great with my Xbox Series X. Wifi connection works great.Gaming features work great & has VRR, Dobly Vision, 120hz support for the Xbox. Haven't tested Nvidia features with my PC yet as I am looking to upgrade my PC gaming computer later this year.

Blown away
My Samsung 60” f8500 plasma finally died. I loved the picture quality, the contrast, the black levels, and the fact that you could watch sports without pixelization of the picture. Frankly, watching sports was the most important thing. I can’t stand watching sports on friends' TVs where the picture breaks down. I’m watching sports on this TV, which I just received today, and I cannot believe how much like plasma it performs. It’s brighter too. If you want the best available, and are willing to spend money on it, this is the right TV.
