Arm & Hammer works pretty well. The only issue I've had is putting two packs in for a heavier load. Sometimes only one pack fully dissolves.

As effective as Tide pods.
This Arm & Hammer laundry pod is comparable to Tide. I have had allergies to most detergents all of my life and only bought Tide until a few months ago. I was out of detergent and sent cleaning lady to store, but she accidentally (?) purchased these. We used them because I needed to wash clothes quickly. No skin or allergic reactions to this product. MUCH cheaper than Tide, cleans as well as Tide, and smells as good. No sticky or gooey messes.
