Really huge thanks to Grade-A Global for support and helping. To reinstall Extra Collar with Remote control you need just Hold down the power button on the collar until the light starts to flash. Then press the "Y" button on the remote. Collar should vibrate.

This unit works much better than the unit that came with the collar. I had to turn the transmitter up to 15 on the shock setting at least before my dog would feel it this one I only have on 4 & my dog responds much better.

This item is NOT compatible with Petrainer. Sadly I purchased 2 so that I would have an extra if needed in the future. Tried paring both of them NUMEROUS times. Also cheaply made. First one went straight to trash. Power button was hard to push and after multiple attempts turning it off and on the power button actually broke through and fell down into device. Second one is going to the trash also. Waste of time and money. Not even one star worthy.

Love this! Works with our Pet Trainer. Have it hooked up to be the 2nd on our remote so we always have a charged one.

we didn't use it much over winter and when we went to charge it the light stayed green the whole time but it would not work at all. Couldn't return it cause it was out of the window of return.

It is easy to program and works great for our labs with their larger necks.

I bought this replacement collar back in January and it's synced up to my remote perfectly the first time then I didn't use the receiver for a few months and now it won't sync back up to the remote. the light on the receiver only stays on red even though it has charged up for over 24 hours.

I bought the first set 3 years ago and it wore out or would'nt charge again
