update, my fault
I thought it would be good to grind my own meats when they were on sale. What I wasn't prepared for the machine clogging. I followed the instructions cutting meat into small cubes while partially frozen and putting the grinder parts in the freezer for about 30 minutes. After grinding a pound of boneless chicken breast the grinder became clogged. I went to Youtube and watched some videos about care and keeping the blades sharpened, and how to get the best results. I even got some special cloths with different grains suggested for this purpose to polish the the grinding disks. The only thing that I can figure is that the grinding disks don't fit properly. I have checked and rechecked to make sure I was putting the machine together properly. It gets very hot after a little while and is very noisy. UPDATE i GAVE A BAD REVIEW, AND IT TURNS OUT THAT I WAS WRONG! I have had this meat grinder for a long, long time. I made a mistake and was putting the grinding bladed improperly, I couldn't find any ground pork, so I dragged this out and finally found the manual. I'll come back with picture as soon as I charge my camera.

It's ok
Works good for lean meats like venison. Not so good for high fat meat like bacon. I like to mix bacon in with my venison but the grinder couldn't do it. Kept getting clogged in the extruder.

Used only 3 or 4 times. Not heavy duty. Very low energy and took a long time.

Here's the beef
This will grind your average meat, not bones. It grinds well but doesn't like meat with a lot of tallow or fat. Use it grind about 25-30 pounds of pork for sausage at a time. The motor seems to get warm but never hesitates to grind.

I purchased this to use for a 1/2 of beef I got that was very chew, It had not been aged properly. I worked well.

Great product and service
I purchased this product about two years ago. I used it very often and it worked great. One day after wash I could not find the blade. I contacted the seller and I got a new blade for just $3.5 and they shipped to me from China. Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and service. Highly recommended.
