Love this deodorant! It really works great!

I had this on subscribe and save because I really liked it. It’s aluminum free and natural, however it has left armpit stains on most of my clothing. I am assuming it is the coconut oil in it because I’ve made my own before and had the same problem. It could just be the way my body reacts to it, but sadly this no longer works for me.

I have tried (seems like) all the natural deodorants on the market - everything from Native to Beauty Counter and all those in between - and this is the only one I’ve found that leaves my skin nourished and rash-free.Of the four scents I’ve tried (vanilla/cedar, rose, coconut, and sandalwood), my favorite so far is the sandalwood and black pepper. It’s a light wood scent with a peppery finish that I truly adore! It’s not masculine in my opinion, not in the way that a lot of cedar & spice immediately lead you to think “male.” But I love that it doesn’t smell sweet or flowery - just a neutral nature smell. However, the other three scents that I tried were subtle enough that none were offensive - even the rose, which was too floral for me. I could still wear it and it wasn’t overpowering or obvious enough to be bothersome.On days where I’m not sweating much, this deodorant works all day for me. Days where I work out, I find that if I reapply following exercise, that’s effective enough to combat body odor.I haven’t noticed any staining to my clothes like I’ve seen with other natural deodorants (which can unfortunately be really prominent with some). But if staining does happen, I’ve found that liquid dish soap takes care of it really well (the grease fighting properties in dish soap combat any natural oils that might leave a grease-like stain).Definitely a win for me! So happy to have found a natural deodorant that’s rated well by EWG that also works for my skin and body chemistry.

I've tried many aluminum-free deodorants and they all fall into three categories:1- Does not work - my underarms still stink2 - Very effective but gives me a rash- I learned this is from baking soda3 - Somewhat effective but needs to be re-applied throughout the daySadly, I learned after just one use this one falls under category #1 for me. I really had high hopes for this one due to the very high ratings. Back to anti-antiperspirants! For now, anyway. The search continues.
