what is the warranty period?

I do not know the warranty period. If I knew it came with a warranty, I would have sent mine back to the manufacturer for a refund. The pillows are still as firm and tough as the day I received them. I can not sleep on them because they will not lay down enough for me to comfortably rest my head and it leaves me with a crick in my neck. I do not recommend these pillows for sleep however, they are great pillows to put in shams for decoration because they will stay full and hard, just the way a sham should be.

What is the process to return the pillows? After opening they are not firm as expected? How can we return those?

If you’re within the return period, ask Amazon for a return approval, and follow their instructions… if you’re approved for the return, you just take the pillows to either Kohl’s, or Whole Foods, with the return approval, and they take care of the return for you, you don’t have to worry about packing them, they will take care of it for you…

Do they zip-off washable cover?

No-- there is no zipper to take off pillow cover.
