I used the one that came with my KIT and the whole were just too large. These are perfect for someone with smaller nostrils.

Consider after rhinoplasty so as not to push your nostrils any wider than necessary. I am a tall, medium sized adult and my nose is not petite. This fits better than the nose pieces that came with the unit. Hard to photograph but you can see it has a smaller diameter opening and a flare out that is shorter and steeper.

If you have smaller nostrils like me these are a lifesaver. The navage device comes with what they call a "medium. Unfortunately they were too big for my nostrils, the vacuum power of the navage would suck the skin of my nose closing off the passage for water.With these I no longer have that issue. Now i can actually use my navage effectively. These are just like the ones that come with the navage just smaller, they slip right on and are easy to install. Made of the same washable, flexible material as the originals.My picture is the original (left) next to these (right) they are quite a bit smaller perfect for smaller nostrils

Bought these for my daughter age 34 and they were still too large

I’m so glad I purchased these. I went back and forth for a while on buying, but these are much better for my nose. The larger ones were too big for my nostrils. With the larger ones, I had to keep wiggling them around in my nose to get the water to start flowing. These fit the first time, and they are such a good purchase and a great price; I’m glad I made the change.

The product is great & quick delivery. However, I misunderstood when I read about the product. My issue is the spacong, I assumed smaller pillows would work but it only allowed water to come out of my nose due to smaller size.
