The first thing I have to say is that if you buy modified blades already; this product will literally save you $270//x at minimum. This Blade Modifier is the real deal to a T. Anyone who says otherwise doesn’t understand their tools or how to use this one. The paired with the 10-Second Blade Setter is like having an OG barber on deck at any time ready to make your clippers some serious hitters. And do so in a minute and 15 seconds. This will modify your blade to your exact specifications as you can sharpen it as much as you want but can’t over-sharpen them. So if you are heavy handed, and order a regular modified blade, it might be too sharp for you. If you have a light steady hand, no other method could possibly be more effective or require less effort than the 1-Minute Blade Modifier. Another great thing about this product is you can modify 30+ blades with this one tool before you have to replace it. The mark-up is generally around $10 to purchase a modified blade rather than the standard factory set-up. 30 blades at $10 a piece means you are saving $300! This product will either increase the quality of your work, allow you to maintain the same level of quality with less effort, or both. And it works with ANY trimmer blades. This sounds crazy but I even feel like it’s under-priced due to that cost difference. I’ve used it on about 10 different trimmer blades so far and it turned em all into serious hitters immediately. There is no other product on the market with a cost to value ratio as high as this one is. Do you and your clients a favor and throw one of these in your cart. You will not be dissapointed.

Great product works really well. Please, please, please, do not follow the instructions for this. The static blade which the instructions tells you to sharpen is not what you are meant to sharpen. If you do this you will sharpen a blade that will stab into your skin. The cutting blade is the blade that moves and is normally set 1mm back from the static blade. It is like that for a reason so you done skin craft yourself lol. Best way to tell is the none cutting blade isn't sharp and won't spike into you.

Works good. I will buy again. Only reason I gave 4 stars it the price!!!! Wow why so high for something so small. Cost you $1 to make with a $29 return??? I mean cmon lower the price some. I bet a lot of people are hesitant because I was for the longest time. Seriously though….lets cut the price some. Can we do $20?

Gets top blame super sharp

I think the product is good. It is cost effective. I use to ship my blades to be sharpened professionally and is my preferred method but my trimmers do cut a lot better so I would say that the 1 minute blade modifier works.

I started doing my son's and husband's hair when the pandemic started. I had occasionally done my son's before (like when I could cut it all one length) but not my husband's. His career requires him to have a specific haircut so he is particular. Needless to say, I have improved to the point I almost exclusively cut them both. However, the blades were dull that I was using. They would occasionally tug on my son's longer hair and they were not cutting my husband's as close as he wanted. I gave this to my husband for Christmas and cut his hair last night!!! WOW!! We both noticed a smoother, easier cut with better results. It was easy for my husband to do. GREAT product!

Great quality. Was excellent about 5 years ago prior to virtually all trimmers blades being redesigned to be more sharp out of the box making this product virtually useless. It's easy to use but has been sitting on a workbench with dust on it for over 3 years. At this point the only time it comes out is when I sharpen OEM Chinese knockoff trimmer blades that came on the trimmer prior to me swapping them out for ceramics. Honestly in this day and age if you're not swapping your cutting blade out for a ceramic blade then you deserve this product.

This is a great gift if you know how to use it correctly recommended and it does what it is supposed to do

My blade modifier came without the blade logo this way stamped on it. So basically I faced it to the richbarber side thinking that was it per instructions. Babyliss blade destroyed I’m pist
