PHOTO is WRONG, this is tire only.........
Photo shows a tire mounted on a wheel/rim. ONLY the tire was delivered. The photo should show, TIRE ONLY, so we don't get shafted by mis-representation a week before our trip......grrrr.NOTE: somewhere it might say tire only, but I look at photo and price and press the ORDER button. Fix the darned photo, please

It shows with rims an it arives with no rims it was disappointing now I can't use them
