Q: There seems to be white, cotton-like pieces in my bag. Is this normal?

I have ordered mullein a few times. I do not believe that there was white pieces in it. Could be mold? I would contact the company to be sure.

Q: how many ounces is it?

Twas one pound. The weight is listed on the product specs. You can order less but why would you want to. Make a big pot and chill. Makes a good (and healthy) iced tea.

Q: Does it work for pain?

I know Mullein works for allergies. I take white willow bark for pain.
