Works well, less expensive than a new unit - good Fujitsu quality

I ordered it and the right side by 3 inches was blurry in color and when scanning in Black and White was not missing. So when scanning 3 and a half inches on one side was not scanning so the scanner was not working properly. Since this is refurbished, I contacted supplier to see if they could send me another one and they did not get back to me. I was willing to try again, but to no avail (no one contacted me). I returned and I will try a different supplier.

I love this scanner - I've bought it multiple times from different sources because it's reliable and performs well. Unfortunately, this particular unit arrived with a broken part (either the output tray or the auto-feed tray - I don’t recall exactly). There were also scratches on the scanning glass, though surprisingly, they didn’t seem to affect the scan quality. I didn’t test it extensively, but it was disappointing to receive a damaged unit. Aside from that, it’s a great product.

Easy setup. Super fast scanning. My scans come out a little dark but I'm sure I have just missed a setting.

There are no clear directions on how to set this up and make it work. I can't figure out how to call support. I wasted my money as I still can't get it to work.

Absolutely recommend this scanner. I first fell in love with it at work and have since purchased one for myself at home! It's very easy to set up using the website. It's very quiet and works well for scanning, downloading, and sending through fax as a pdf. I highly recommend getting one and it's a great space saver also!
