Diamond Hills Fit Patch-Up – 30ct Daily B12 Patches

I like the concept of patches but haven’t been successful in finding ones that I felt really made a difference until now. Came across this patch which I think is newer and have been pleasantly surprised with the results - more energy toward the end of the day (I apply in the morning) which has made me and my trainer happy in the evening when I workout. Tried sticking it on a few different areas and found the best place for me was my lower back where it’s still covered and there’s not a lot of skin stretching. Overall definitely a sweet find.

Why did Amazon change to these crappy patches in my subscription? They are more expensive and not water resistant. I also have NOT ONCE felt less hungry. The other patches did in fact work for me. Bring back the other patches! Paper can't hold anything without a combining agent. I didn't see it listed. And the cost is way too high for crap! Disappointed and just wondering why you keep lowering your standards and increasing your prices? Your CS is outsourced in countries that get paid pennies and can't or won't help anyone as they claim they can't. Thanks for that!! Change it back!

Was a little hesitant at first going with a patch, but since I’m not the biggest fan of pills figured it was worth a try. I actually put it on when I wake up since it’s easy to remember and since I’m not a morning person - I need the energy. So far I feel more lively and my husband even told me he noticed a difference (and he doesn’t usually notice much). No regrets on this purchase.

After using for a few days, I felt the energetic, but I had to space the use out. It was potent.

While I haven’t been using this patch for too long, I will say that so far it’s doing what I had hoped. I recently started a more lean diet and it was rough…I was dragging more and my stomach was crying out for its normal goodies. I wanted to try and get some support so I gave these patches a try and steadily after the first couple of days of wearing them, my energy level is actually above where I was previously and I’m not nearly as hungry, which is certainly helping the effectiveness of my diet. I move the patch location each time I wear it and haven’t yet experienced any skin issues. Happy to continue using it.

I've been lacking energy as of late so I thought these looked like an interesting way to infuse some nutrients I may not get into my diet into my system to give me more energy. The package is well designed and the patches are easy to apply and hide. Sometimes I felt like I had more energy and sometimes I didn't feel any effect. I think I may need to put it on more consistently as sometimes I forget and maybe the performance would be more consistent. However I surf so usually on the weekends I can't use them as they are water proof. Overall an interesting concept and definitely something to try!

I thought these patches might help curb my appetite, but did nothing. I still found myself wanting to graze around the kitchen for snacks throughout the day. I really wanted to believe they would help but they did nothing for me.

No issues with sticking like I have had with other companies. Works like a charm and they have amazing customer support. Highly recommended!
