One of the worst earbud that you will ever find in market & i dont mean with the specific product which i ordered but this model itself is faulty. I exchanged it also but even the new one is of same terrible product, both the times the earbud which i got was very brittle if you drop it even from you hand to table/sofa (not even on the floor) the earbuds parts will breakout and then you have to fix the part again(saw this even with the second exchanged product), sometimes it will charge other times it will not charge even if you keep in the case for 7-8 hours( again saw this with both the first time product and even the exchanged product) . Whenever you call someone from the earphone everytime people complain that they cant hear me properly and the sound is very less.( same with both the earphones even after exchange)BUY THIS IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. You will have to anyway buy another one again

I was looking for reliable Bluetooth earbuds on a budget, and settled on these. Personally, I am pleased with them. I have been using them for almost four months now, including one month when they saw around 12 hours of use per day.PROS:▪ Comfortable.▪ Elegant and sober appearance.▪ Reasonable battery life. I would let the earbuds recharge at, for example, mealtimes.▪ Decent range. Going a few meters into the next room, with a concrete wall in between, was no issue.▪ The battery status of the dock is shown by a series of LED blinks. Simple and practical.CONS:▪ Mediocre phone calling quality. In particular, the microphone. The few conversations I had using these went successfully, so this was not a deal breaker, but the clarity was not the best for sure.The touch controls were initially a drawback for me, but I got used to them. Also, this product does not come with a charger. Either charge off of your computer, or buy a charger with the recommended electrical output. As for the sound quality, it is acceptable, not superlative. I have listened to music, and I have watched films and YouTube videos, with no problem.As a final note, I prefer this type of earbud over the in-ear type, because I find it more hygienic. Wiping with a clean cloth after each use, and leaving the lid of the dock open for some time, should help to slow fungal growth.

Actually I would give only 2.5 rating, but there is no option.I was amazed to see the 63K ratings and purchased it. The initial experience was good, but within 4 months of usage, the case battery didn't work. I sent it for service and the same was rectified.But within a month, the left earbud would stop working with phone and will work with my laptop. The earbuds doesn't disconnect when kept in the case. I have to manually disconnect in phone or laptop and only then they will start charging.

Poor to average performance. Sound is very low even at max volume on iPhone 12. Very hard to listen in an open environment. Since I don’t hear at high volume, so it’s kinda okay though I would have preferred at least higher volume. Battery performance is average again.Edit - I am writing this post 9 months of usage. Third class product i would say. Battery case charge doesn't hold for even for 1 single day. I now have to keep charger along. Buds charge is also very poor. Max i have got is 1 hour or music / movie listening post full charge. Do not buy this at all even if anyone offers for free.

I bought this from Amazon and even with very minimal use, within 5 months the battery of the left pod started giving issues - the charge doesn’t stay at all and drains within minutes.The worst part is their PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their online support page clearly says there is no service centre near my pincode, and prompted me to raise a request online. However, their online system is sooo pathetic, it doesn’t allow you to raise a request at all even though you provide all the valid information.I have emailed all the information to Boult support with the screen shots of details entered and the error that didn’t allow me to progress. I have reached their customer support 5 times so far and they kept saying the same thing again and again, that is, to try with a different browser / incognito mode etc..I have tried with 4 different browsers using 2 different laptops to raise a request but all in vain. It still shows the same error!!! The customer service people are not ready to raise the request themselves to resolve the problem. I am worried about losing time since the product is now well within warranty period and there is no clue of getting support!!!In a similar situation with Boat, their customer service was awesome, they raised a request themselves, sent a person home, picked up the defective product and right at that instance gave a brand new replacement.. Go for Boat guys, don’t fall for Boult..

Start off by saying that sound quality is not good; there is no bass or top end. Vocals and phone calls sound crystal clear but nothing else feels good. A lot of instruments in songs arent even present when listening to it. IMO these earphones shine well in phone calls and listening to voices and then maybe a bit of light listening to music. But i advise looking for other options if music and gaming is your priority.Comfort is decent, it is a good option for those who dont appreciate in ears going so deep into your ears, but ear pain does start after 45 min or so.Battery life is decent, the case is plasticky but manageable, the colour indicator system for showing how much charge is left is unintuitive. USB Type C is a nice touch but at this point its the norm. Bluetooth range is pretty good and the software makes pairing and unpairing very smooth and convenient.TLDR: Good wireless earbud for calls and human voices. But go get wired ear/headphones if you want good sound quality at this price range. But if the convenience of bluetooth is more important for you, go ahead
