Work Well, Seem of Good Quality
These add a nice bit of resistance for water exercise without being too much of a stress on the joints. I held off on buying them because of the price, which still seems high for some pieces of plastic and neoprene and velcro, but given that they seem like they will last, and it adds 'value' to my water exercise, I decided that given all the expenses of installing and just running the pool, I might as well get what look like the best option for making the most of my time in the pool.

Wonderful resistance for the pool
I recently had shoulder surgery and needed to build my shoulder and arms back up. I tried free weights and machines only to exhaust my shoulder and create too much pain to resume exercising within a day or two. These resistance weights are easy to use in the water but give you a very good workout. You can do chest presses, fly-backs and range of motion exercises without the exhaustion because of the continuous movement of water. Within three weeks of three times a week workouts with these water weights and I started seeing the tone and strength come back. Don't let the smooth resistance fool you, three sets of 30-50 reps and by the time you hit bed, you feel the soreness. The next morning you are sore but no pain, just the reminder of the workout. If I had the time, I would be in the pool everyday with these weights. I am a female, 57 years old and I am getting the tone and strength back. Now, the lower body fins, move around your ankles no matter how hard you fasten the velcro. Given that, I still wear them for stabilizing my body and core. I do not use them for swimming laps as they move around too much and I have clipped them with one of my ankles when swimming. All in all, good price.

Don't let the price turn you off. It's money well spent.
I've heard that the best workout is the one you actually stick to. I'm pretty active (cycling & racquetball) but, for me, working with the aqualogix/hydro revolution gear is the activity I've most stuck to. It's a fun way to maintain or increase functional strength. Got an injury? This gear is perfect for physical therapy. I know because I've needed it multiple times. Great for swimmers, but you don't have to be a swimmer to benefit; I don't swim. Just get in waist-deep to chest-deep water and simulate the movements you'd make on various weight or cardio machines. Need more of a challenge? Just push harder. You're only limited by your imagination. I love my aqua gear! For staying active, it's the best money I've ever spent.

Excellent tool
We used similar items at our local senior center. Liked them so well we got this set for home. Use them several times a week.

Great workout
I was hesitant about these because they were expensive for what they were and then I tried them!! They are amazing!! They look great! Have held up well and are super comfortable. We have had both adults and kids use them and it is really a great workout! Worth every penny!

Max Resistance
The resistance Bell is an excellent upper body work out, it's sturdy and will last a long time. The fins comes loose around your ankle not comfortable because your constantly trying to tighten them while they keep loosening you'll end up taking them off.

Love it!
Awesome equipment. Great addition to my workout. The arm bells are an amazing core and arm workout. The legs need adjustments so often as they loosen up after movements. Dealing with it cause the results are great.

use for physical therapy
I have been going to PT for lower back and they use the blue hand ones for many of the exercises I do. Several of the leg exercises I had to try and do while using a small noodle. I ordered this set and took the legs one to therapy yesterday. The therapist loved them and is going to order for her patients. I used them and what a work out. Much more resistance than I had been getting. So happy with my purchase. I have a pool myself, so when therapy is over I can continue at home. Expensive but well made and if it helps my back.....well worth the price. Arrived faster than expected so that is a plus too.
