The media could not be loaded. This is an awesome set. I am so pleased with this purchase. The air pump is very quiet ( might help that I placed a thick gym mat, cut to size and placed pump on top). Also love the dial that you control the air flow(bubbles) with: from very fine bubbles to the highest setting, which is quite powerful. In my video, I have it set at 3/4.Came in pristine condition with all accessories shown. Everything as described. Easy to set up, has a small footprint and seems quite durable. I used my own black silicone tubing, instead of the clear tubing that came with set.5 Stars all the way!!

Easy installation, works great, long power life, minimal noise level, size is perfect, speed is good, durability is great, it runs my 30 gallon fish tank aquarium

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love these air pumps. They’re quiet and effective. I just wish that AQQA made single output air pumps as well. You can easily make a dual output pump into a single by adding a short length of hose to one output and capping it with a flow adjuster set to closed. If you don’t do this, the pump will run loudly. You can see how I set this double pump as a single in my video (the other tank is running a single AQQA pump using both outputs).I have two of these and they’re both very quiet. Just a low hum. I have two Tetra whisper pumps, one is a 20 and the other a 10 and they are both loud in comparison.If you’re looking for a quiet pump just get one of these, even if you only need one output.

I don't feel it's quiet at all. I haven't used a lot of other ones, so it's hard to say, but I expected quieter based on the product description. After a month or so, one side puts out more bubbles than the other, which isn't great. Also, the instructions are not ideal. It works, does what it says, but it's not what I expected.

It's been a few months and it's working like day one I like the fact that I don't need two of these for my two Siamese fighting fish bowls it helps a lot as much simpler it doesn't use a lot of power or electricity and it's not loud it comes with the air tubes and the stones at the end the prices very great I highly recommend this product

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The price attracted me and the size. Ad clamed it was a quiet pump which I have to disagree. Fortunately my aquarium is set up in a spair room so thoe noise doesn't disturb my sleep or relaxing in my living room. Provides good air flow for the air stone.

Update: I am dropping my 4 star to a 1. After 2 months of use, pump has become very noisy. It is inside my cabinet and I can still hear it. I have tried moving it and putting towels under it. Nothing helps. I am not happy and do not recommend this pump. Only reason I am giving a 4 is because you do not have the option to use only 1 air outlet. The air flow knob adjusts both outlets. It would be nice to have the ability to use just one if you want and to adjust the flow for each outlet. The pump came with 2 large bubble stones, 2 softer pieces of tubing, 2 check valves, 2 splicers and a T. The pump is running quiet so far. The bubble stones that came with it work good, but may be too large for a smaller tank.
