My ham radio setup was in dire need of grounding, and I wanted to try using braided ground straps rather than wires. (To be honest, I'm not sure which is better, but I think maybe the straps? I digress.) I've never worked with this stuff, and really didn't know what I needed to do, but I figured—hey, I'll make it work. Turns out I needed have been concerned. The straps cut very easily with diagonal cutters or even the little snips you get with your 3D printer. Once you've made the cut, twisting the end into a little cylinder is straightforward—and then it's a simple matter of sliding that into a ring or spade terminal and doing a crimp. If you want additional electrical conductivity, add some solder. This package has been enough for me to make half a dozen straps, and I've got plenty more for spares. Really pleased!

I was surprised how much the package weighed! I used the braid to seal the joints of a Faraday box I was constructing. It also makes great, low impedance grounding straps. The braid is quite high quality. It's supplied quite clean and is easy to solder to.
