I purchased this 8” Seesi Mini Chain Saw in June 2024. I used the saw once, and put it away. When I went to use it in May of this year, it wouldn’t work. Despite checking both of the supplied batteries, and switching them out, the saw would not work. The charger always showed the green light when I tried charging the batteries which per the instructions, meant that the batteries were fully charged. After contacting customer service, they sent me a new saw because of the one year warranty Upon receiving the new saw, I happily installed one of the batteries only to find it too didn’t work. I went to a local battery shop and had both batteries checked, as well as the charger. The battery shop found that the batteries weren’t holding any charge. The charger was fine. Upon notifying Seesi of the results, they sent me a new battery which arrived yesterday. I charged it up and attached it to my saw and BINGO! It worked! Thank you Seesi! I’m a very satisfied customer! Excellent customer service!

Wasn't really sure about buying this mini 8 inch chainsaw, but after I used it I changed my mind completely. The ease of use, the extra handle bar and auto oil made cutting so easy. So far, I cut four medium size trees in my back yard with such ease and in short time. it is awesome, glad I bought this SEESII mini chainsaw.

Rewind back to Hurricane Helene, when chainsaws were in high demand and gas was scarce......My neighbor brought his battery operated, hand held chainsaw over to help with some tree removal in my yard. I was absolutely FLOORED at the work the little chainsaw put out.Packed in a molded hard-case, it comes with the chainsaw, 2 chains, file sharpeners, gloves, 2 batteries and charger, and a pair of safety glasses. Literally, everything you need to get cutting right away, EXCEPT bar oil. That is the only reason this product is getting 4 stars instead of 5. I had a lot of work to do around the yard with down limbs and trees, but had to wait until i could get to the hardware store for bar oil before use. It would bar-none ( no pun intended) be a 5 star product if they would have included enough to get you started.the two features I like is the safety guard that keeps debris and chips from flying up, and the removeable handle for added leverage. Its super easy to adjust the chain, and can handle most everything except large trees.

This thing is a beast and solody built.I had my doubts about the product online but once I received it and tried it out I was sold on it.Easy to use and handle and cuts through thick trunks up to 6 inches. Easy to assemble, and can be used by almost any age group.Would definitely buy again

This is an amazingly handy tool for yard clean up. The saw does a good job cutting through limbs up to 8 inches. It doesn't stall or bog down during cuttings. The two batteries last for about an hour and a half. A handy little tool every home owner or hunter should own.

Great little chainsaw does a great job on trimming off palm tree branches especially when climbing a ladder I can get the job done with one hand. I’ve cut tree limbs at least 3” inches in diameter like butter.

Works really well. My wife used it as well and was not intimidated by it.
