Tastes and bakes like sugar, no aftertaste, zero glycemic, no digestive issues bc of its source
To me, this is the BEST sugar replacement product available. There is ZERO aftertaste, the texture (granules) is almost exactly like sugar, melts like regular sugar, and it’s a functional 1:1 match to cane sugar, tastes almost exactly the same as cane sugar, and is zero glycemic with zero calories. I don’t need to add monkfruit or other sugar substitutes to it to make it taste better (as what is necessary for other non sugar sweeteners). I’ve this product for several years. Made cookies, popsicles, etc with it. I’ve also purchased their powdered sugar which is also excellent. This cane sugar replacement lasts a long time (similar to can sugar that way). My digestive system usually has a problem with many sugar alcohols, but not with this product. That’s probably because the source of this product is a Japanese squash. Other xylitol products made from birch or corn, bother my GI tract a lot, which is one of the many and main reasons I continue to use this product. It’s not cheap, but if you can afford it, do it. You won’t regret it.

It’s just xylitol
It’s just xylitol. Don’t buy it. For years, this company hid the fact that it was always just xylitol. Think about that — they knew it was highly toxic to dogs and cats, and still chose to hide it to make money. They knew exactly what they were doing. Think about itI giving five stars because I want people to see it

Big Fan
I know it's expensive, but if you are looking to cut out sugar and you are having a hard time finding something that doesn't have a funny after taste, look no further. My blood work shows it isn't raising my glucose, which is fantastic. I use it in my coffee and to sprinkle over berries that need a little help in the sweetness department. The consistency is more like regular granulated sugar and it dissolves easily. I haven't baked with it, because I couldn't afford it! But for my morning coffee it's perfect.

Texture like sugar, but Contains Xylitol that is different once it his your mouth
This product looks and feels just like sugar, but once you taste it, there is a discernable tingle on your tongue and it melts in your mouth very quickly. Like other artificial sweeteners I have tried, it seems difficult for me to use as a 100% sugar replacement. There is always something negative that I feel the need to blend it with something else. Since I don't want to be able to discern an artificial sweetener taste in my cookies, I blended with multiple other sweeteners. Still trying to try to find a balance of great taste, good texture, moistness, and being able to bake for enough time without burning. I used a blend of multiple sweeteners in my cookies so that the negative attribute of any 1 sweetener didn't overpower them. I don't know if I would buy this product again now that I know it has Xylitol that I personally can easily discern in the taste. For now, I will use up the bag blending with Monk Fruit and other sweeteners.

Excellent
Tastes exactly like sugar, no aftertaste. Best "natural" substitute I have found. I've used it for a few years without any issues. Although it is expensive, it is worth it.

love this stuff
just like sugar but doesn't elevate my blood sugar at all. I suspect people reporting blood sugar increases with it are also consuming carbs - flour, milk... and not taking them into consideration. This stuff makes an awesome apple pie. Peach cobbler too. When the compay has it back in bulk stock I'm coughing up for a 20# sack to get a bit of reduction in $/#. Overall worth it bc it is much better than the alternatives IMHO.

Good in baking and ice cream making
I bought it for baking but recently, I used it in my homemade chocolate ice cream. It was really good. It dissolved well when I put my ingredients in the blender.. it is expensive and Amazon stuff carrying it for now. So I will go to their website and purchase it. I like that it’s made from fruit.. hopefully Amazon will bring it back.

Game Changer! My baked goods are so beautiful!
So we are old pros with low carb and keto. I've tried all the alternative sugars. This sugar alternative is more expensive than I prefer, but after this Thanksgiving holiday with all of my baking, the proof was in how everything turned out. If the cost was lower, I'd be even more happy, but I'm thrilled with the taste and how it performs in my recipes. I had tried allulose to bake with due to the no-cooling effect like erythritol, but it browned too much. This Bocha Sweet is as close to sugar with no aftertaste, no cooling and not one bit of heavy browning in my baking. I'm thrilled. We did not have any stomach upset that sometimes happens with new sugar alternatives. My pumpkin pie was a hit, no one knew it was Keto! Everyone wanted my recipe and were shocked that I used a sugar alternative. I love when I'm able to replicate the "old" way I used to cook and bake. I used it in my cranberry sauce and it was absolutely perfect too. NO ONE KNEW the difference!I was able to grind it into a confectionary type for some frostings too!Not gritty or grainy. It does have a little larger grain than sugar but it melts easily in tea and coffee.I have found my "sugar" and I couldn't be happier! Please find a way to make it lower cost and it would be a perfect 10.
