Provides amazing grip
I Have been using this product since it has been purchased and the 2nd block is still in use in my gym.it gives a really good grip after application, I have deadlifted above 150kg without straps and it gives the grip without any issues.The only thing I wished for was better packaging as the 2nd brick was in pieces that had to be broken down to powder form to use it properly.They do not leave much residue if its brick form as u can just rub it on your handOverall an amazing product for lifters.

Broken block
Block was barely a block anymore. It was broken and crumbling. Might as well have bought loose chalk at that point.
