My wife and I raised three children, two adopted and one our own. All were in our care from birth and now have homes, careers, children, and a bright future ahead for them. We were fortunate not to have even a single incident of drug or alcohol abuse with any of our children. Thank you God.A couple of years ago our family dog, a rescue dog from Hurricane Harvey began to have digestive problems and had extreme problems trying to poop. I tried changing her diet, adding oil, water, and other kibble softening additives to aid this normal function.I pleaded wour vet to find a suitable additive to ease the problem. He confided that there was a product that he had had some success with even though it was clearly a “off label” application of the product. He suggested trying Maple flavored Laxatone which apparently was developed for cats for assistance in elimination of hair balls. This product which is readily licked up by cats or in this case my Manchester Terrier has some oils and lubricants that seem to help move things quickly through the digestive system in any direction which quickly makes it a favorite of cats or dogs with these problems. I followed the vet’s instructions. It immediately solved the problem and then revealed another issue. For the first time in my life I now have a family member addicted to Laxatone. Be very careful with this product.

The product tasted good to my cat so it gets a three, but it was really too rich for a stomach and has a lot of ingredients that makes it too sweet and Is not recommended for cats who have very sensitive stomach
