Was very bulky to wear and was not a mini CIC hearing aid as on Amazon

Very difficult to adjust volume
It works. Does amplify sound. But very difficult to lower volume. Adjusting volume turning knob is very difficult. For me , turning it counter-clockwise didn't lower volume.

It seems to work, however, it's not comfortable in my ear, too large, sticking out of ear...I will continue to attempt to use these, as they do work
