Trigun, Vol. 1 Paperback – October 8, 2003

I've always loved the Trigun series and lost some of the manga in a move a few years back. This was just a reorder but it's still so nice to see the lovely artwork and story again.

I have said it before and I will say it again... man its good to be a turtle.... Oh wait wrong review. Sorry this started off to a rocky road, but not much to say about this one besides if your a fan of manga and like a great story and characters than this is a read for sure that will delight you from start to finish. The thing is it starts with two than moves to Trigun Maximum(a total of 16 manga all together). To those that have not heard of this.

Without spoiling anything, this is not like the anime. It will start that way, but later volumes you'll see what I mean.This volume arrived in great condition. The art is awesome and it's neat to see the humble beginnings of a story that shaped my childhood.

Trigun is one of my all-time favorite anime series. Book one of this two-part manga really does not deal much with the overarching plot of the trigun universe, and is primarily introduction to the skilled and humorous character of Vash. The action scenes are honestly pretty hard to follow, but it's hard for me not to love the art. Not as amazing as I thought it would be, but a must-have for my collection.

First this manga is amazing, a nice thick book with plenty of action and comedy. It's very similar to the anime but shows more information in certain parts and is much more suspenseful. The amount of detail Yasuhiro puts in it, is a lot and Vash is as goofy and skilled as ever. For all of you who watch the anime the action and dialog will a familiar but new experience. Must have for a true Trigun fan.

It came a little rip in the bottom corner but I don’t care I’ve been looking for a new copy of this everywhere and it even arrived before it said it would. Definitely happy
