I was buying another very popular brand and found out they had questionable production practices. This one seems more trustworthy. The pills are large but they are coated and smooth.

I dance nearly every day and I used to get leg cramps at night, mostly after eating carbs. I’d take “Calm” in emergency cramp mode as it worked instantly, but if I took too much my bowels would complain. So, I decided to stop the cramps from occurring. Now, before I go out dancing, I take a couple of these and perhaps another when relaxing afterwards. These are big, powdered pills and I do not like to take two of these at once but they are completely effective and I’ve not had any cramps since I started using this product.

If you don't like large pills these are not for you. To receive only 210 mg of magnesium you have to take 2 tablets. These are very large and sometimes hard for me to swallow. I need to take at least 400 mg a day. They do help with sleeping and some muscle issues. But I have purchased other brands that are smaller and do the same job. This will probably be the only bottle of these that I will purchase.If they were smaller and more concentrated, I would continue to purchase these. But they are not, so I will go back to my other brand.

This is the right magnesium supplement for relaxing before bed, sleeping better and some say it reduces RLS (restless leg syndrome) This is NOT the magnesium one would take to relief constipation. There are multiple variety's of Mg. Do your homework. This product is also chelated, very easy on the gut and absorption is a breeze. Try it, you just might be amazed.

They are large but most of these are. Works the best for me

This brand is one of my favorites for vitamins. I am so glad I found this size for the price. Very well worth the purchase.

It was easy to not notice these are TABLETS instead of the capsules I normally order. The capsules are great! Tablets don't dissolve in me, as shown by X-rays of my intestines. My bad, but Amazon was great in refunding what I paid. Thank you, Amazon!
