This soap is chock full of ultra moisturizing, softening, deep cleansing, and skin healing ingredients. Organic Shea butter and walnut oil were used for their skin softening and moisturizing properties. Allantoin is a natural soothing, anti-irritant, and skin protectant that increases the smoothness of the skin; promotes cell replication; and promotes the healing of wounds, burns, and scars. Comfrey leaf powder is high in calcium and vitamin C and simulates healing activity. It is said to be anti-inflammatory and speed wound healing due to its natural concentration of allantoin. Sandalwood powder was used for it’s softening effect on the skin and has powerful antibacterial properties. Moroccan Red Clay is gentle clay, making it suitable for sensitive skin. It helps stimulate circulation to the skin while gently exfoliating and cleansing it. Its extraordinary power of absorption makes it more effective than other clays for cleansing, detoxification, and general skin treatment.  The scent is deep, rich, and woody with notes of vanilla and bergamot. Because our soaps are made using only natural and organic ingredients they are gentle and soothing making them suitable for all skin types.  We recommend that you store your soap on a well drained soap dish, allowing it to dry out in between uses.
