Do not let negative reviews fool you. I installed this lamp a few days ago just after I received it. Materials and workmanship is great, the finish and quality is wonderful. It is easy to ASSEMBLE however you NEED at least two people to install it. You and somebody else. Maybe a third person will come in handy also. Remember that once you have assembled and wired all the "legs" to the LED controllers inside the lamp, it has to be lifted and held there while someone connects the wires. Then it must be placed in position so you can put the screws in and secure it in place.Once you turn in on, it looks AMAZING and the remote controller works just fine. Please note that this lamp DOES NOT work with any wall dimmer. The dimming is done ONLY by using the remote, as well as changing the light temperature (warm or yellowish to cold or whiter) I connected it using just a simple traditional ON/OFF wall switch.This lamp has some interesting "drama" and makes a statement. I sent pictures to a few friends and they were amazed by the look it brings to the bedroom, where I installed it. Im sure it looks wonderful in a living room as well as a family room also.

I purchased light...project to put together...the mechanism to attach the arms to the base is hit or miss...very unstable. First light only half lit up so returned and 2nd unit has another problem where only half lights up with cool coloring but both work with warm.

It'd need 2 people for installation.

This thing could not be worse built or more annoying to put together just because it is junk but it does look nice and works as advertised, at least mine has for the last few weeks.

I notice that the 5 stars may be for the round chandelier. The one I got is a pain to assemble and install. The bracket that comes with it are flimsy same as the LED “bars” they don’t hold well where you tight them. also is smaller than they make it look in the pictures. I paid over $250 with tax and I don’t think is worth it.

The media could not be loaded. This light is exactly how I thought it would be. It's beautiful and bright. It comes with a remote and I am able to change the brightness, I like this feature because I don't need it so bright every time I go to this room.
