The amount of beans you can hold in the hopper. This holds about 15 grams of beans only so you will need to grind two cycles to brew a single cup.

Q: What is the difference between the timemore nano and the nano plus?

The plus has 5g more capacity. I found the nano holds just enough for 2 cups of French press coffee. YMMV.

Q: Does it grind fine enough for turkish coffee?

Yes, it does. I set the roughness 32 clicks for french press and 16 clicks for moka pot. 10 clicks should be fine enough for Turkish coffee. as a Turk myself, I don't see any problem.
